1. Copyright & Intellectual Property
All analysis methodologies, algorithms, report formats, and outputs generated by Forensic4u are proprietary to Austipay Pty Ltd. These materials are protected by Australian and international copyright law.
2. Permitted Use
Reports generated through this service may be used for personal and business purposes, including as supporting evidence in legal proceedings. Reports must not be modified, altered, or presented in a misleading manner.
3. Restrictions
Users may not reproduce, reverse engineer, decompile, or replicate the analysis methodology employed by this service. Automated scraping, bulk header submission via scripts, or attempts to extract the underlying analysis logic are strictly prohibited.
4. No-Copy Clause
The report content, scoring methodology, and forensic analysis techniques remain the exclusive intellectual property of Austipay Pty Ltd. Any reproduction without prior written consent constitutes a breach of these terms.
5. Limitation of Liability
Forensic4u provides email forensic analysis on an "as is" basis. While we strive for accuracy, results should be used as one component of a broader investigation. Austipay Pty Ltd accepts no liability for decisions made based on analysis results.
6. Credits & Refunds
Credits are non-refundable once purchased. Credits expire according to the tier schedule (30, 60, or 90 days). Unused credits cannot be transferred between accounts.
7. Confidentiality of Instructions & Methodology
The step-by-step instructions, analysis procedures, and any proprietary methods disclosed within the Forensic4u platform are strictly confidential. Users agree not to share, publish, screenshot, record, or distribute these instructions or any description of the analysis methodology by any means, including but not limited to social media, email, websites, or verbal disclosure to third parties. Breach of this clause may result in immediate account termination and legal action.
8. Data Privacy
Data submitted for analysis is stored securely. We do not share analysis data with third parties. All processing is performed using proprietary secure methods and no personal data is transmitted to unauthorised parties.
9. Service Availability
We aim to provide continuous service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance windows and service improvements may result in temporary unavailability.
